The Mushroom Anchor is a type of plough anchor commonly used in Subsea Cable Laying. It has the advantage of omnidirectional drag that provides superior stability, and are used in shallow waters. Perfect for currents and wind.

There are two widely used types of Mushroom Anchors, the smaller ones have a weight span of 2 to 11 kgs, while the larger ones start at 50 and end at 500 kgs.
