The Long-Term Mooring H Link, commonly known as LTM H-Link, or simply H Link, is one of the most commonly used connectors in offshore mooring chain. It doesn't only serve the function of a shackle, but is also used to adjust chain length.
We have hundreds of units of different sizes of second hand H Links in Stock in Norway, for offshore mooring. They are certified, and they are used.

The size of an H-Link depends on the size of the chain that it is going to connect. Not only that, but an H Link is also commonly used as a connector of chains of different sizes. Regardless, in industry the standard H Link can fit small offshore chain, of a diameter between 76 mm and 82 mm. Medium sized H Links can be used in chain of 84 mm and up to 102 mm. And the larger ones start at 102 mm and end at a diameter of 162 mm. It exists also the ROV H Link.
