The C Connector is used in Offshore Long Term Mooring LTM as a joining shackle. The advantage of using the C Connector instead of the D LTM Joining Shackle is on the reduction of fatigue, and higher reliability over the long time.
As a supplier of second hand equipment we supply Used and Second Hand C Connectors which we have in Stock mostly near Bergen, in Norway.
We also can provide New and First Hand C Connectors in Stock in our APAC locations, where we keep most of our first hand Long Term Mooring Chain.
The most common sizes of Installation Links are equivalent to the widely used Offshore LTM Chain sizes, commonly starting at 82 mm and up to 120 mm, existing even larger sizes such as the 138 mm Installation Link.
