There are two kinds of classes of swivels that are standardized in the offshore industry. The swivel shackles, and specially, the double eye swivels. The last type is the most common one, and it's shape is characterized by it's round ends with no bolts attached to them. They all come in R3, R4 and R5 grades, just like any offshore chain.
Swivels that are used in the offshore industry have different names and sizes, but similar properties and a distinctive double eye shape.
