Distribution buoys are often used in offshore installation of subsea hoses, cables and pipelines; but especially for the later ones they can also be used for surface applications. The most commonly used for these surface and subsurface applications are the tie in buoys for pipeline deployment. Another important application of the distribution buoyancy is the use of riser floats for subsea hoses and catenary installations.
Castle Hills has in Stock in Norway both new cable risers and Tie-In buoys for subsea applications, in the same conditions as arrived from the factory.
